Whenever you come for a consultation or hospitalization, you must go to a reception point and present:
We advise you to contact your mutual insurance company to obtain proof of coverage for costs not covered by your health insurance entity.

Your surgeon can advise you, if your state of health requires it, to recover in the establishment or return home with the set up of necessary care and / or assistance.
If you want your hospitalization in our Clinic to be discreet, please notify the reception staff upon arrival or the nursing staff in your room.
Admission is at the reception point of our Clinic
At the reception. You just need to:
- Present your identity card or passport for foreigners
- Fill in the admission form
- Give the contact details of a trusted person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency.
- Make an advance payment/ deposit or present a Letter of Care from your insurance entity.
Hospital costs are counted by the day. The price of the entry day shall be payable for the same day regardless of the time of admission.
The priced of the day of discharge shall not be payable if the patient leaves the Clinic before mid-day.
The allocation of rooms is managed by the general supervisor of the Clinic according to the patient’s choice, availability of rooms and type of admission.
The prices of the day includes accommodation, lighting, heating, air conditioning, television, laundry service, board (three meals and afternoon tea) and nursing service.Our pricing grid is displayed in your room.
On presentation of your current proof of health insurance and complementary insurance (mutual or private insurance), we can spare you from providing advanced payments of certain costs.
